Cause and effect are affected by the “who, what, when, where, how, and why” that of which are the true determinants factors holding power to what is, isn’t and will be. This means that choices and decisions, which can be ultimately perceived as binary are left up to the free will of the Third party who is the anamoly and creator of what is isn’t, and will be. However, that power must be actualized wherein it only exists through the Third party’s awareness of it. Thus the anamoly is always there to create the balance. What matters is whether or not they are present/aware/conscious.
